Right to Return

You have the right to return items purchased with Klarna for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

  • Items must be unopened and unused for sanitary reasons to qualify for a refund
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • You are entitled to free return postage (subject to terms below)

Free Return Postage

For Klarna purchases, we provide free return shipping within the United States. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@zanovafashion.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Ship the item(s) to our return address below

No Restock Fees

There are no restock fees for items purchased with Klarna and returned within the eligible period.

Refunds Only - No Store Credit or Exchanges

For Klarna purchases, we issue refunds only. Store credit and exchanges are not available for Klarna transactions. This ensures your Klarna payment plan is properly adjusted.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be applied to your original Klarna payment method, and Klarna will adjust your payment schedule accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for sanitary reasons:

  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
