• We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition, provided the tag is still attached, for a refund.
  
• We kindly ask that you don't combine multiple orders in a single return, as this can complicate processing for our team. To ensure a smooth return process, please initiate separate returns for each order number.

How to return?

1. You can always return within 30 days from your purchase date. Start your return here: Start Returns
   
2. Enter your order number and zip code to begin processing your return inquiry.
   
3. Select the items you wish to return.
   
4. After you submit your inquiry, you will receive an email for a shipping label.
   
5. Please securely package your items (if possible, use the original packaging, as this is important for a smooth return process).
6. Once you drop off your items, you should receive an email confirmation of your refund
   

What are the costs for returns and exchanges?

• For all US returns, we will deduct $4.90 from your refund amount. All US exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer.
• Please note that shipping charges, discounts, and package protection fees are non-refundable.
